The K-12 Fellows is a 6-month professional development opportunity for high school educators organized by the Cultivate ACCESS Leadership Team.
In this program, Fellows will be able to:
- Join an online community of practice for high school educators.
- Develop and share strategies to engage diverse learners
- Receive a stipend, reading materials, and other resources
- Receive Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®) training and coaching
- Learn about emerging career pathways related to food, energy, and water systems.
Participation in the program entails the following expectations:
- Participate in monthly virtual meetings during the program
- Complete readings and short reflective writing assignments
- Meet virtually with an IDI coach
- Recruit at least 5 students from your school to participate in the Cultivate ACCESS virtual mentoring program
