- High school students will meet with their college student mentor virtually (Skype, email, whatever mode is convenient for the mentor/mentee). We will provide discussion prompts to guide conversation. Conversations will focus on career exploration and growing professional skills including leadership, teamwork, and communication.
- High school students will develop community action projects to share about what they’ve learned.
- At the end of the school year a celebration will be held to recognize the efforts and growth during the year in Cultivate ACCESS.
